The approach is based upon the premise that lasting behaviour change requires learning & development that is spread over a period of time.  Initial learning needs to be reinforced thorough repeated practise and feedback if new behaviours are to become every day practice.  This requires the development and use of a learning system that supports the development of new behaviours, is performance orientated and is actively managed.
