Damian Ryan - Workshop Leader

I work with senior managers as an executive trainer, educator and consultant. My approach is to use the ideas and best practice from companies, major management consultancy firms and leading management thinkers to create success strategies that can be used by senior managers to help them tackle the situations they face.

Clients I have worked with include; Aviva, Luminar Leisure, Nationwide, Yell, and Royal Brompton & Harefield & NHS Trust.

I have worked as a manager in the packaging and food industries in marketing and operations.

As a senior lecturer I taught on Executive MBA programmes, leading modules in Strategic Management, Business Strategy & Planning, and Innovation & Change. At Sheffield University Management School I developed my highly popular Business Leadership Module.

I have been a tutor for both the Chartered Institutes of Marketing and Purchasing & Supply, and presented papers on strategy, change and innovation at management conferences in the UK & USA.
