Our purpose is to help managers to think more clearly about business and management issues and to act in more effective ways so as to improve organisational and business performance.  The basis of our work is to listen to clients and understand their needs & plans, and then develop a way forward together.

We specialise in leadership development and change management as these are the areas in which we can make the greatest contribution to clients.  We have a talented team of specialists who can deliver significant performance improvements.  Our work is based upon a wide range of approaches and concepts including: organisational development, change management, systems thinking and dynamics, learning, management and business performance.  Our understanding and experience of using these concepts enables us to apply the right tool at the right time in the right way.

Our business model is built around a core of staff and a retained pool of independent associates.  This gives us a talent pool with a blend of practical management, corporate management development, HR and consultancy experience, with 80% of us having experience of teaching in higher education business schools.
